1. Green Tea

4. Coconut oil
Although coconut oil is not low-fat food (one teaspoon of coconut oil contains 117 calories and 13.6 grams of fat) but coconut oil fatty acids have many health benefits, including increasing the immunity, heal wounds faster.
Not only that, coconut oil has the ability to produce heat. Coconut oil supplements in food processing materials, such as salad dressing, you will help reduce more severe winters.
