“When stressed, the heart beats faster, breathing also gets heavier, so the body needs fluids,” said Renee Melton, Director of Nutrition from Sensei, the developer of weight loss programs through the virtual world. “Stress usually makes us forget to drink, so do not let our stress levels increase because we forget to drink water.”

In addition to reducing stress, water can also increase energy. When you feel tired, relieve it with water. Water helps distribute oxygen and other vital nutrients to the body’s cells. If there is enough water in the body, the heart works more relaxed to pump blood throughout the body.
