The scientists say: Eat three bananas a day of helping people reduce their risk of stroke.

Eating a banana for breakfast, lunch and dinner will provide a sufficient amount of potassium needed for each body to help them reduce the 21% risk of blood clots in the brain.

This is a new discovery of the British and Italian researchers. This new discovery could help thousands of people each year to prevent the risk of stroke by consuming potassium-rich foods such as spinach, fish, milk, lentils and nuts.
