These foods is not good for sleep

There are foods help you sleep better, however it can cause break sleep nice.
Here are 10 type foods affect sleep.

1. Foods rich in tryptophan
A glass of warm milk can help us in the wonderful deep sleep. In dairy foods that contain tryptophan, a substance that helps to promote sleep. Other food groups is contained poultry, bananas, cereals and honey.

2. Eating foods rich in carbohydrate
This food supplement for dairy foods by increasing the amount of tryptophan in the blood. So snack with a bowl of cereal with milk, yogurt with biscuits or bread with cheese will help you sleep better.

3. Snack before bed
If you lose sleep, a little food in the stomach can help you sleep better. But remember just a mild diet, because if you eat affects the digestive system making you feel uncomfortable and was unable to sleep.

4. Burger and fries
